By experience we have made a few suggestions to help bring the best from your party.

What happens if on the day of the party the performer is taken ill?
RB Entertainers offers the safe reliable service to its clients as we have many performers working with us. We are in the enviable position that we have never had to let a client down without a performer.

What qualifications to you have?
For your protection all members of RB Entertainers have CRB’s to ensure they are able to perform for children. A copy can be requested at time of booking for your peace of mind. All of our entertainers have Public liability insurance and can be provided to you upon request at time of booking. and electrical equipment is regularly PAT tested.

Our performers are all members of their respective professional bodies The Magic Circle, International Brotherhood of Magicians, Equity, NADJ National association of disc jockeys

How much room do you need?
Most of our acts can be adapted to the space you have available from the smallest room to the largest hall. We are able to economise or fill the space. Please advise us on the venue at time of booking.

A friendly word about party poppers.
We do not recommend or use party poppers for under 5’s the loud bang can be frightening and although some children enjoy them we feel that put in the wrong hands can be dangerous.

Do you use real live animals?
Yes we use real live rabbits in the act these creatures are well looked after and equipment has been fully checked out by the RSPCA.

Some venues will not allow animals to be use please let us know beforehand as the acts can be altered to accommodate.

During the summer we are often asked to perform outside whilst initially this may seem a good idea we humbly suggest that inside would be a preferred options getting the children away from wasps, bees and all types of other distraction that can otherwise occur.

Is it possible to have the magician before tea?
As we specialise in the full party experience it is suggested having the magic show after tea when all the children will have arrived, had a chance to let off steam during the disco with organised games and be ready to settle down enjoying the comical antics of our magical entertainer.

What’s the youngest age group you can perform to?
Over 20 years experience has shown us that whilst all age groups love to be entertained we believe that children age 4 and over really benefit from the show and believe the magic we create.

Do you have a different show if we have seen it before?
Yes as we are formed by several different local entertainers not only can we offer you an alternative performer but all our performers have built up vast experience over the years with many hours of different & unique material.

What games do you play?
The majority of our games are musically based and are backed by our excellent disco system. We try to avoid elimination type games to ensure all enjoy themselves and are not feeling left out. No one wants tears at a birthday party. For younger children we have developed several different styles of some of their most favourite games such as pass the parcel and musical bumps whilst introducing new games that allow children who would not normally win prizes to be the lucky ones.

How to reserve your party
Quite often the telephone will ring when we are already on the road to another client, All calls are appreciated once we’ve taken your details please visit our contact page and fill out the details required. We will then issue an email confirmation, when this arrives please read it carefully, acknowledging the email acceptance. At this point we will ask for a small deposit, details of where to post it and who to make it payable to will be found on the confirmation.

For older children and early teens there are team games and contests with the winners receiving medals.
